Dr. Humbert Noll received his PhD in physics from the University of Graz, Austria. 1977 – 1981: Assistant Professor at the Universities of Graz and Linz with the main research fields in laser physics, linear and nonlinear laser spectroscopy,  x-ray lithography and semiconductor technologies. 1981 – 1983: R&D engineering manager for advanced semiconductor technologies at American Microsystems Inc., Santa Clara, California. 1983 - 2002: Director of Research and Development of the semiconductor company austriamicrosystems AG, responsible for semiconductor technology development and IC design methodologies. 2002 – 2004: Independent consultant for microelectronics and Microsystems. Since 2004: Head of Department  Micro- and Nanosystems at the University of Applied Sciences Wiener Neustadt, Austria. He is member of the Board of the Austrian Society of Microsystems, member of the Board of the Erwin Schroedinger Society for Micro- and Nano-Sciences, member of the Austrian Society of Microelectronics, Head of Unit for “advanced CMOS devices” of the German Society of Microelectronics and Microsystems – GMM.
DI (FH) Helmut Loibl, MSc. graduated from the University of Applied Sciences Wiener Neustadt in 2003 and 2007 (Business Engineering). In 2006 he attained an international certificate as project management professional (IPMA Level C). He is working for Fotec since 1999 and he is involved in research projects dealing with micro injection moulding for more than 13 years.
